I wonder how many of us keep secrets, both our own and those belonging to other people. Friends, family, colleagues, even strangers ask us to keep their secrets, but how many of us do keep them. Some secrets we might think “it won’t matter if I just tell so-and-so, if I ask them not to spread it they wont”. Other secrets we will keep forever or until we are freed from our obligation.

I am the keeper of secrets which I cannot divulge without permission and wont.
