It is obvious that the nights are getting colder. I seem to have two cats on my knees most of the time now.
Also, there is a lot of twosome snuggling going on with the furry ones.

Zeus was not impressed with these adopted babies when they first moved in. He hid out for days growling and snarling. It took time and Felway before he finally came around.
The babies with their siblings before coming to live with me. Em and Iomproidh with Molly are playing whilst Mr C prefers to sit on my lap and watch.
These two kitties were a lot a fun to watch as they played and got into mischief.
There will be lots of posts about these two as they grow and change. But for now, I will leave you with these two videos.
I was recently asked about love spells. This is tricky as lots of people have someone in mind who they want to connect with. It is both unethical and unwise to try to influence someone to fall in love with you. If a spell is directed at a particular person it can rebound in an unpleasant manner. You could find that the person is not what you think they are and it may be difficult to get out of a bad relationship.
What you can do instead is draw to you the best love for you. This way you will get the perfect solution and maybe a happy ever after. After all, everyone wants a love of some kind. Like the song says “All you need is love…”
You need a pink candle and a piece of Rose Quartz. Light the candle and take three deep breaths.
Then say: “I draw to me the most perfect love for me”.
Let the candle burn for one hour before extinguishing it.

Diopside is a very creative stone which brings creativity to those who hold it. It also stimulates the intellect and assists with mathematics, analysis and logic. This gem can help you remain detached and objective. It is related to love and commitment and will allow you to understand the duality of self and get in touch with your feminine side, thus helping heal aggression and stubbornness. As it can clear blocked emotions, this is an excellent stone for anyone who will not let themselves cry. It will help heal trauma and bring cleansing tears.
Diopside is very useful for calming pets. It may be beneficial for the heart, lungs, circulation, weakness, kidneys, muscular aches and spasms and psychological disorders.
Chrome Diopside (green) is excellent to use in partnership with the Black Star Diopside. While the Black Star relates to the Root chakra and is grounding, Chrome Diopside heals the heart. Alexandrite was originally discovered in the Ural Mountains of Russia in 1830 and named after the boy Czar, Alexander ll. The old Russian Imperial Colours were red and green therefore Alexandrite was only mined for the royalty at that time.
Alexandrite is an extremely rare variety of Chrysoberyl which changes colour according to the light from greenish to deep purple or red. There are several gemstones which can change colour in certain lights but Alexandrite is the only one to always change. Because of the rarity of this stone, it is very expensive so many Alexandrites have been lab-grown. In colour-change gemstones, of which Alexandrite is the only one in nature in which 100% of the stones change colour; the Standard states the gem must show as bluish green or emerald green in daylight or fluorescent light and red or purple in incandescent or candlelight.
True synthetic Alexandrite has been lab grown in Russia from Corundum for several years. These stones are being marketed in some quarters as Russian Alexandrite, Natural Alexandrite, and even Natural Russian Alexandrite. As early as 1907 or 1908 synthetic Alexandrites were created from synthetic colour-change sapphires coloured by vanadium. Since these stones have been in circulation for several generations it is entirely possible for families to think that an heirloom Alexandrite is a true natural, mined, Alexandrite.

Lemurian Seed Crystals are an anomaly of nature. They are found loose in sand banks and not in clusters as quartz is usually found. All of them are wands. They are reputed to have been left by the Lemurians to teach and guide us in this time. This crystal is here to awaken the mineral kingdom to the increasing vibration that Earth is emitting in order for their kingdom to evolve. Herkimer Diamonds are the purest Quartz Crystals, double terminated with 18 facets (6 sides). They aren’t Diamonds but quartz formations which, because of their brilliance and Diamond shape have been given that name. Herkimer does not have to be cut by man as it comes from the Earth already faceted by nature and does not touch or contact host rock or any other crystals while forming.
This crystal is a powerful amplifier for energies and other stones and it can store information for later use. This poor little boy was very lonely. So young to have lost his Mamma and best friends. Tuxie became very wary after this and it took some time for him not to run away when I was around. Jasper stuck with him and protected him.
He always looked so sad.
I began going out every afternoon and calling him. He liked cooked chicken so I would throw some near him and he would eat it. Eventually, around the same time each day, he would be sitting out in the yard and would meow for me to come and give him some chicken. Finally he would take it from my hand, but if I tried to touch him, he would run away.
I desperately wanted to catch him and bring him inside for lots of love and cuddles but it wasn’t to be.
My daughter and grandson moved house.Although they had a cat run, Killiana, Little Tuxie’s sister, got out of the run one night and got herself pregnant. She had four beautiful kitties who were socialised from birth. My daughter kept two of them and I took the other two.
Not long after the kitties came to live with me, I woke up one night hearing Little Tuxie meowing. I went outside to see what was wrong and he was just sitting outside his crate home meowing. As there didn’t appear to be anything wrong I left him and returned to bed.
That was the last time I saw him. The next morning he was gone. I was devastated. Although I had never been able to cuddle him or touch him, he was dearly loved and it broke my heart when he vanished. I still cry thinking about him and wondering what happened to him. I miss him to this day.

Once again Mamma had a litter of four beautiful kitties. There were still the remaining Itty 2’s and originals about the place so it got a little crowded at times. It was great to see the different ages co-existing so happily.
One day when my daughter and grandson were visiting, three of the kitties were in the cage where they slept and we were able to close the door and catch them. My daughter took them and when they were old enough, she adopted Floki and her son kept Killiana.
The third kitty, when old enough, was taken to the Moorook shelter for rehoming. It had been named Jaws after biting my daughter.
The remaining kitty was Little Tuxie who really missed his siblings. It was such a shame that he hadn’t been in the cage with them when they were caught. This handsome little boy had the most amazing Aquamarine coloured eyes.
Little Tuxie spent most of his time close to Big Tuxie. They were inseparable.
Then came the sad day when Mamma, Fluffy Butt and Big Tuxie failed to return home. With them all vanishing at the same time I fear that they had been trapped or worse. There was considerable culling going on around the area. Little Tuxie was distraught as he had lost his Mamma and Big Tuxie. Jasper sat with him at the gate every night in the vain hope they would return. But they never came back. It was generally just him and Jasper as BT was out wandering, but at least he came back from time to time.
